Harborpile Composite Tubular Pilings Minimize

HarborPiles are fibre reinforced composite tubular piles, available in sizes up to 20 metres long and 60 centimetres in diameter. They are designed to resist tensile, compressive, shear and torsional stresses. Use of appropriate core materials can be used to increase compressive loads and to enhance the bending performance.

An HDPE outer sleeve is also available on the entire or partial part of the pile for extra abrasion and impact resistance. Also a fibreglass pultruded compression tube is available for field installation providing additional crush resistance for through bolting situations.

Advantages of the HarborPile

·        Light weight

·        High strength-to- weight ratio

·        Directional strength

·        Corrosion & weather resistance

·        Dimensional stability

·        Low thermal conductivity

·        Low coefficient of thermal expansion

·        Non- magnetic

·        High impact strength

·        Low maintenance

·        Long term durability

·        Tailored surface finish
